About The Project

The music video For Bitter Or Worse for Anouk portrays three characters in abandoned, dilapidated rooms, who process the unfinished pain coming from separation. What once was, is no more.

Visually I wanted to put a modern spin on an old theater technique where flat, mechanically-driven set pieces were used to create the illusion of moving sets and depth.

In the video, the bathroom is transformed to an ocean, the kitchen is transformed to a forest with rabbits, birds and a fox, and the bedroom is transformed to a city with cars and sky scrapers.

Rather than actual set pieces, the effects were created using visual effects

Unfortunately, the video was never released.
